World's Best Ice Cream!

My discovery all began with two of my favorite things...a sale and a coupon. Dillons currently has Turkey Hill ice cream on sale for $1.99(Awesome price!) I also had a $1 off coupon, so I bought Nutty Neopolitan for a whopping .99! Wahoo!! But the best part is the taste. I love Blue Bell's Homemade Vanilla, but it is sooo expensive, well this was way better, it tasted just like homemade...maybe even a little better. It DOESN'T have strawberry ice cream in it, instead it has Vanilla Bean, Chocolate and Buttered Almond....so it's my 3 favorite ice creams in one!!
If you are looking for a sweet treat, you've gotta give it a try...tell me what you think! Don and I finished it off ourselves in 2 days!

  1. You rock. Icecream = my BFF. Glad my hubby and I aren't the only one who go through huge amounts of dessert foods in a relatively small amount of time. *sheepish*

  2. Turkey Hill is most definitely some fabulous ice cream. I was able to try some at the state fair last year (the raspberry/vanilla duet variety - raspberry sorbet and vanilla ice cream - delish!) I do wait for coupons to indulge in it though, and I haven't been able to find that same flavor of the duets in store yet, but I keep hoping. This sounds like another promising flavor to try out. Was your coupon from and insert or was it a printable? I haven't actually clipped my coupons from the last few weeks, so I need to know where to dig around for it before the sale ends :)

  3. Monica, I won't tell you about my cookie habit:)
Actually Elizabeth, I had a coupon(from the newspaper) about a year ago and purchased the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup flavor, well I was disappointed in it(there were no peanut butter cups in it???) and called Turkey Hill and they sent me 10 coupons both for free and $1 off all their products, so I still had some of those left and used them. Maybe you should call them and tell them about not being able to find your duo flavors...I'm sure they'll send you out some coupons too.

  5. Debi, thanks for asking about Gemma. Thought I'd just reply back here. She is still pretty rough around the edges (read: grumpy) but the fever has been gone for about 36 hours and her poop is better. I am pretty sure this can all be attributed to her 2yr molars. Hopefully something breaks through soon. Stinkin' teeth!
