- The kids eat all day long, I'm constantly kicking them out of the kitchen.
- Finding books everywhere...and I do mean everywhere!
- If the kids don't get it, I can't blame the teacher.
- The dining room table looks like a paper factory.
- The kids don't care if they wear matching clothes or not...but I do!
The principal takes bribes and plays favorites.(maybe this shouldn't be on this list;)- Our house actually looks like 8 people live in it.
- I can never find any writing instruments...it stinks to have jot down a quick note with lip liner or a broken crayon.
- When I tell the kids to line-up, they just stare blankly at me.
- There are no lunch ladies that prepare lunch, serve it, and clean up the mess.
So I guess it's just me;)
I feel your pain :)
ReplyDelete1. getting constantly bothered when I make breakfast, then when I call out "breakfast is ready" no one comes
ReplyDelete2. How hard is it to brush your hair...come on boys!
3. I can never find a pencil with an erasure.
4. "No, you can't have a break...we just started"
5. "Yes, you will have to read for the...rest of your life."
6. It looks like 12 people live here...fraternity brothers or something...can you pick that up?
What a cute post! I especially laughed at #9 & 10. I think we have all been there, and I tend to stay there most of the time! HA HA
ReplyDeleteEven with the pet peeves, I think homeschooling is the absolute best way to go.
